About Allizandra Herberhold, LMSW

Allizandra is the leading expert in the True Crime Community (TCC) and a Nihilistic Violent Extremism (NVE) specialist. She created the TCC Stoplight Model using the data she collected from 3 years of undercover monitoring, direct conversation with members and her Behavioral Threat Assessment (BTAM) training.

Today she spends much of her time directly supporting individuals engaged in violent extremism, advocating for their capacity to change and studying mass attackers. She holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Washington University's Brown School. Allizandra’s lived experience has been a catalyst to motivate her commitment to violence prevention.

She utilizes a combination of personal experience, BTAM, 12-Step Model knowledge, and her Clinical Social Work background to best help those she works with. Since 2021, she has dedicated hundreds of hours to independent research on school shootings and mass violence attacks, searching for patterns, signs, and interventions to prevent future violence.

On October 24, 2022, the school shooting at Central Visual Performing Arts High School took place, claiming 2 innocent lives less than half a mile from her childhood home. She watched the news coverage live, feeling helpless, and unsure what to do to help her community. Unfortunately, school shootings have become so prevalent that she has ties to incidents outside of Missouri, too. This has inspired her to begin to dedicate her life to the prevention of more mass shootings.

Alli is passionate about the success of early intervention and rehabilitation for at-risk young people. She has seen the positive impact on families, individuals, and communities when a person is led off the pathway to violence and onto a safer one.
